2021-2022 School Year Enrollment Information

Kindergarten Open Enrollment:
7:30 am, February 1, 2021 through
3:30 pm, February 11, 2021

During this open-enrollment window, Skyview School will accept all applications for kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year via email to admin@skyview.k12.az.us only. We will not accept any applications in person or by fax. Once this window closes, all open spots will be filled by lottery and those families will be invited to sign into our ParentVue to complete the Online Registration of their students.  Those who are not drawn in the lottery will be placed on a wait-list according to the date and time we received their application. Should you have any questions about Open Enrollment or Skyview School, please do not hesitate to call us!
Kindergarten Orientation
It is highly recommended for families new to Skyview School to attend one of our informative
orientation evenings.
It's a wonderful way to meet the teachers, learn about Skyview School, and ask any questions you might have about the upcoming school year.

Play Based Learning in Kindergarten

By law, the cut-off birth date for age-appropriate kindergarten students is September 1. However, the law also allows schools some discretion for accepting students whose birthdays fall between September 2 and December 31, but by law, no child can be enrolled whose birthday falls after December 31.  At Skyview School, kindergarten students are reviewed for "kindergarten readiness" to ensure that they are prepared to fully participate in the kindergarten program.

Full-Day Kindergarten Tuition

Picture
Due to the Arizona state legislature's decision to cut full-day kindergarten funding, Skyview School is forced to charge a fee to continue to provide a full-day program. Our kindergarten program was designed to provide the warmth and beauty of home, intertwined with the arts and an academic program that prepares the young child to be successful in the primary grades.  To do this, we feel it imperative that the curriculum is provided in a full-day format.
The annual fee is $1750.00, or $175/month from August through May, payable on the first day of each month. However, if you choose to pay on a quarterly basis or in full, we offer a $50 discount for an annual fee of $1700.  Quarterly payments will be payable on the first day of each quarter.  No refunds or adjustments will be made due to non-attendance.
