Lisa Hendrickson has been teaching art for more than 25 years. She has taught grade levels kindergarten through college in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, and Arizona. In addition to teaching, Lisa is a visual artist, and creates in her studio at the Art Hive here in Prescott, every chance she gets. Currently, she works in mixed media, and does both wall art as well as wearable art using found objects and upcycled small plastic stuff she finds on her walks.
Lisa is also part of a dance troupe called The Tribalistas. Outside of school, Lisa enjoys creating art, dancing, and spending time with her husband eating delicious meals, and watching movies. She and her husband Victor are planning to do some traveling together as his family lives in England, and her family lives in Virginia.
Lisa loves to travel domestically and internationally. She has lived in 6 states, and has been to 16 countries. Lisa’s dancing and visual arts are very much inspired by her travels and adventures here and abroad.

Jennifer Krasin
Performing Arts Teacher

jkrasin@skyview.k12.az.us

Ms. Jenny has been a part of Skyview School since 2010! She started out as a work-study student from Prescott College, helping in our Kindergarten.Since then, she has aided in many different classrooms and in 2022, became our Performing Arts teacher!Performing Arts releases creativity that extends far beyond the music classroom by building musicianship in every learner through the integration of music, movement, speech, and drama.
This approach to teaching music is based on the Orff Schulwerk method. In Ms. Jenny’s classroom, children will begin with what they do instinctively: play! Imitation, experimentation, and personal expression will then occur naturally as students become confident, life-long musicians.Ms. Jenny has her Level I Orff certification and can’t wait to start implementing it in her classroom.

Originally from Wisconsin, Ms. Jenny has fallen in love with the Southwest and all it has to offer. When she's not working, Jenny enjoys hiking, Zumba, camping, singing, kayaking, and game nights with her fiancé and friends.
