Family involvement is central to educational success at all schools. Parents affirm the importance of their child’s learning at Skyview through active interest in and involvement with schoolwork, homework, and classroom assistance, as well as participation in special projects, fieldwork, celebrations, and performances. At Skyview School, students, parents, and staff alike are all responsible for promoting an educational environment conducive to learning and growth.
Family Involvement
Parent Volunteer Program
Skyview is a school for families with a strong service ethic and commitment to community building. Our Parent Volunteer Program is an integral part of our community of learners.  Parents model a service ethic to Skyview children through their annual contribution of 50 hours of volunteerism, while providing a crucial service to the functioning of the school. Skyview depends upon the volunteerism of every parent. Each hour of parent service equates to $18.00 of funding that can be directed toward student learning and growth. We want and need you to be a contributing member of our school!
