Arizona tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers a TAX CREDIT of up to $400.00 for married filing jointly and $200 for single filers if they contribute to extracurricular activities in public schools. This tax credit is available only to individuals in Arizona.
The state now allows eligible contributions made from January 1, 2025, to April 15, 2026, to be used as a tax credit on either your 2025 or 2026 Arizona income tax return. If your donation occurs within this date range, please indicate where noted below to which calendar year you want the donation to apply.
